Review:

Updated!

I was able to find a collection of B-sides from all of her cd singles and decided to just include them here as bonus tracks.  That’s starting from “When We Were Through” to “Boring”.  And a friend’s also requesting for a re-up of this album so here it is. 🙂

=======================================================================

How can you tell if an artist had already reached his or her success peak?  I say by the number of hits he or she has had.  Pink is one of the few artists I know who had created an image, stuck to it,  and managed to pull it off until now.  Proving that is the long list of hits she’s had since she entered the music industry.

This album showcases Pink’s greatest hits starting from the “Can’t Take Me Home” era up until “Funhouse”.  The album also has a few brand new tracks, which in the future, could be her hits too.  I must say that this is one of the best “greatest hits” album I’ve ever heard.  It completely chronicles Pink’s music life and as you listen to the album, you can’t help but notice the improvement in her voice.  I was a fan ever since the “Misundaztood” days.  Haha!  Her rough,  husky voice is the bomb!  She’s also a very talented songwriter.  She wrote songs for various artists including Adam Lambert’s “Whataya Want From Me”, which she also covered in this album.

My all-time favorite tracks are “Sober”, “Please Don’t Leave Me”,  “Family Portrait”, and “Just Like A Pill”.  Additional favorites now include “Whataya Want From Me”, “Fuckin’ Perfect”, and “Heartbreak Down”.  I’ve also included a mashup of her and Adam Lambert’s version of “Whataya Want From Me”.  It’s epic! How I wish they’d really do a duet.

Enjoy!
